Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Verstärkung für unser Event-Team und suchen eine:n Eventmanager (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. Dein Schwerpunkt bei uns liegt in der Organisation von Webinaren, Trainings und unserer Fachkonferenz der Data Dreamland, die wir jährlich veranstalten.

Deine Aufgaben

Organisation und Betreuung unserer Webinare
Unterstützung bei der Organisation unserer Trainings (Inhouse und Public)
Unterstützung bei der Organisation unserer Konferenz, der Data Dreamland und unseren DVIC-Summits
Regelmäßiger Austausch mit unseren Stakeholdern

Das bringst Du mit

Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Eventbereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Gute bis sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Lernbereitschaft sowie eine offene und kommunikative Art
Relevante Berufserfahrung ist von Vorteil

We are looking to strengthen our event team as soon as possible and are looking for a full-time or part-time Event Manager (m/f/d). Your focus with us will be on the organization of webinars, training courses and our Data Dreamland conference, which we hold annually.

You will fit in perfectly with us if you have an open, communicative personality and an independent, reliable way of working. In return, we offer you an open, dynamic team in a constantly growing company that allows you to work fixed hours during the week and from home.

Your mission

Organization and support of our webinars
Support in the organization of our training courses (in-house and public)
Support in the organization of our conference, Data Dreamland and our DVIC Summits
Regular exchange with our stakeholders

What we are looking for

A degree or completed training in the event sector or a comparable qualification
Good to very good written and spoken English- and German skills
A structured and independent way of working
Willingness to learn and an open and communicative attitude
Relevant work experience is an advantage
