As a Consultant, you're the perfect fit with 1–2 years of solid, practical experience in data handling or CRM systems. We offer the ideal entry point to shape the digital future of our clients by focusing on optimizing core business processes through innovative automation. This role emphasizes rapid skill acquisition, hands-on implementation, and building a robust foundation in data-driven decision-making and modern CRM platforms.

Your mission

As part of our consulting teams, you will be active in the following key areas:

CRM Management & Salesforce: You will analyze, design, and implement solutions in the CRM environment, with a strong focus on the automation and extension of the Salesforce platform.
Business Process Excellence: You will capture, model, and optimize complex business processes for our clients to increase efficiency and value creation
Integrate End-to-End (E2E): processes across entire System Landscapes.
Future Technologies: You will actively apply concepts of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to develop new, smart solutions for our clients.
Data-Driven Consulting: You will utilize data analysis to derive well-founded recommendations for the strategic direction of our client projects, while ensuring the highest level of data quality.

What we are looking for

Engaged talents with a strong technical foundation and the willingness to learn quickly:

Education: You have successfully completed your degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Administration with a clear focus on IT/Digitalization or in an equivalent field.
Process Understanding: You have a good understanding of business processes and the ability to critically question and document them.
CRM Knowledge: You have experience with CRM systems, ideally with Salesforce (as consultant or developer).

You are characterized by strong communication skills, analytical thinking, a high motivation to learn, and teamwork capabilities.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Teil unserer Beratungsteams wirst Du in folgenden Schlüsselbereichen aktiv:

CRM-Management & Salesforce: Du analysierst, gestaltest und implementierst Lösungen im CRM-Umfeld, mit starkem Fokus auf die Automatisierung und Erweiterung der Salesforce-Plattform.
Business Process Excellence: Du erfasst, modellierst und optimierst komplexe Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden, um deren Effizienz und Wertschöpfung zu steigern.
End-to-End (E2E) Integration: Du integrierst Prozesse über gesamte Systemlandschaften hinweg.
Zukünftige Technologien: Du wendest aktiv Konzepte der Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI) an, um neue, smarte Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu entwickeln.
Datengetriebene Beratung: Du nutzt Datenanalysen, um fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen für die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Kundenprojekte abzuleiten und stellst dabei gleichzeitig höchste Datenqualität sicher.

Das bringst Du mit

Wir suchen engagierte Talente mit einer starken technischen Basis und der Bereitschaft, schnell zu lernen:

Ausbildung: Du hast Dein Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit klarem IT-/Digitalisierungsfokus oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
Prozessverständnis: Du verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und die Fähigkeit, diese kritisch zu hinterfragen und zu dokumentieren.
CRM-Kenntnisse: Du bringst Erfahrung mit CRM-Systemen mit, idealerweise mit Salesforce (als Berater oder Entwickler).

Dich zeichnen außerdem starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, analytisches Denken, eine hohe Lernmotivation und Teamfähigkeit aus.
