Your mission

Active support in current and upcoming customer projects
Analysis of customer requirements and translation into technical requirements
Development of new functionalities e.g. in the CRM area
Development, optimisation and monitoring of business process automations
Optimisation of the user experience (UX) in information systems
Implementation of data integration projects
Reporting and dashboarding according to customer requirements

What we are looking for

An ongoing course of study in computer science, business informatics or comparable studies
Knowledge or focus on CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) or BI an advantage, but not a requirement
Reliability and independent working style
Good knowledge of English and German desirable

Deine Aufgaben

Aktive Unterstützung bei aktuellen und kommenden Kundenprojekten
Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Übersetzung in technische Anforderungen
Entwicklung neuer Funktionalitäten, z.B. im CRM Bereich
Entwicklung, Optimierung und Monitoring von Business-Prozess-Automatisierungen
Optimierung der User Experience (UX) in Informationssystemen
Umsetzung von Datenintegrationsprojekten
Reporting und Dashboarding nach Kundenanforderungen

Das bringst Du mit

Ein laufendes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
Kenntnisse oder Schwerpunkt im Bereich CRM-Systeme (z.B. Salesforce) oder BI von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung
Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse erwünscht
